I had such a fantastic experience at FH+W! Beau was my treatment therapist and took a thorough approach at assessing my posture, asking me specific questions about my pain so that we could pinpoint what was going on.

I was impressed with the blend of traditional stretching, massage therapy, acupressure, fascia scraping and PNF stretching that I got to experience all in one treatment! It is rare to see a so many helpful modalities in a single hour long session.

The atmosphere was soothing & professional, the playlist was killer, but not boring like a typical massage place, and I absolutely loved my service.

I had an amazing massage with Jen Lang. She quickly identified the areas that needed attention, including my neck, back, and the muscles surrounding my sciatic nerve. Her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing.

The massage was so effective and relaxing that I was able to completely unwind and be fully present throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, restored, and significantly better than when I arrived.
