I'm recovering from upper back spinal fusion surgery. I've been seeing Heather for the past few months and she is amazing! I love that she uses a variety of techniques and approaches to work on areas that need attention - not just my back. She also has great suggestions for things I can do at home to stimulate healing and work on tight areas. My upper back still hurts from my following a strong PT program and being very active, but after I leave Heather, it feels so relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend her if you're aching and I'm sure she gives an amazing pure relaxation massage, too!
I'm an endurance athlete. If it wasn't for Functional Health + Wellness, I wouldn't be able to stay on my super strict schedule. The atmosphere is great and the people are super friendly. They deep dive to the root of the issue and always do their best to keep me on my feet. Forever grateful!
