Great service from Steven at Lighthouse Electric! The power in my house was completely out and I was so relieved that he came right away to diagnose and fix the issue. He was prompt, professional, and overall a great experience with this company.
I calledLighthouse electric via my homeowners insurance and within 24 hours Steve called for an appointment. Steve arrived early and I explained my dilemma. (Outlets and switches not working). Steve checked and rechecked the circuits and discovered that my GFI outlet had tripped. What surprised me the most is that a GFI outlet worked but tripped and disconnected the outlets and switches in question. Steve resolved my issues within 15 minutes. Steve was very professional and explained what I needed to do should my issues ever arise again.He was a pleasure to work with. Good people skills. Thank you Kudos Steve. He came out and fixed my 4 way switch issue in 15 minutes. My warranty company first assigned me DNZ property services who scammed by false reporting to my warranty company, resulting in a denied claim, then upon re-opening they never completed the work. Lighthouse Electric responded next day after getting my warranty company to give me a different contractorand - he scheduled me for next day which was today. He called me 10 mins out as he said he would so I could come home from the office. 15 minutes, switch replaced, done and fixed - the way it should have been in the first place. Nice guy and definitely recommend Lighthouse.
