Doug kindly spent much of Friday evening texting with me and helping me determine if the problem with our a/c system was with the circuit breaker. Though I followed all his instructions, it was clear he needed to come out and look for himself. He graciously came out on a Saturday and looked over everything. He found everything was working fine, and did not charge us for the time of texting or replacing the questionable breaker. Who does that anymore? So grateful for an honest and helpful person who doesn't take advantage of an older person who doesn't know much about these things.
I can't say enough great things about Pacific Energy Electric! Doug and Luke came out to my home and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They handled upgrading our fixtures and switches throughout the house, as well as installing an EV charger — and the quality of their work was top notch.
What really stood out was how clean and professional they were the entire time. They respected my home, kept everything tidy as they worked, and left the place spotless when they were done. No mess, no hassle — just excellent craftsmanship.
