Dr. Marks actually listens to what I’m going through. He addressed every symptom, explained things clearly, and got referrals sent quickly. For once I feel like I’m being taken care of properly. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Las Posas Family Medical Group. I recently walked in NewYears Eve in the afternoon with a non emergency question and was immediately taken care of by the amazing staff. This office does not care about their patients. I've been a patient here for 3 years. The doctors and staff were great until recently. This past year has been such a hassle. The staff here has consistently messed up my prescriptions, my referrals and my appointments. Anytime I call to fix these issues I am dismissed, told it's someone else's fault or told I'll get a call back from Melissa. I never get a call back, I never get my prescription filled because the pharmacy says the dr. Means put it in incorrectly, this is the second time. I have been awaiting over a year for my next MRI. I have been waiting since October patiently calling trying to get this referral sent to my insurance. That's all they have to do is send the piece of paper yet no one at this office can do that. It's totally ridiculous, unprofessional and I don't appreciate my meds being messed with or my physical and mental health being dismissed. I need a biopsy and the mri is the next step yet they can't send a simple piece of paper to my insurance or even call me back. I've been waiting 42 days for a simple piece of paper to be faxed. It was supposed to be sent 42 days ago and I've been calling trying to resolve this for the last 3 weeks.

Dr. Udit Kondal is honestly the most pleasant and all around caring Dr. I have met . I can’t thank the staff and him enough for the respect and dignity they gave me that I have not been shown at other providers . I recommend las posas family medical group whole heartedly and I’m so happy to be a new patient under their care !!

Phone service is the worse in Ventura county the receptionist service is Cold & careless for the patients that are calling just to make an appointment,I hate to see my doctor Udit Kondal the in the clinic,to loose his patients do to the poor service of the reception desk

Whoever handles scheduling here needs to be fired ASAP. I received 2 confirmation text messages and called TWICE to confirm my 9 month olds appointment today. Went in for the receptionist to tell me "that's so weird, the doctors not in today. You're the only one that wasn't rescheduled." And told me the soonest they can get her in will be in a MONTH. Completely unprofessional and such poor quality of care.

We recently changed to this medical group and selected Dr. Marks as our new provider. I was running out of one of my blood pressure medications and called his office to get an appointment for a check up and to assess my medications. He wasn't available until more than 3 weeks after my medication ran out and I was told he wouldn't renew it until he sees me. My pharmacist said the doctor should renew it and they tried with no success (meanwhile my blood pressure increased). Finally I had my appointment and Dr. Marks seemed to be just "going through the motions". My check up was a done at a quick bare-minimum. He showed no knowledge of my medical history and actually asked me if I wanted him to order blood tests. This further gave me the impression he didn't care one way or the other about my state of health.

Whoever the lady is who works as the referral person is the best ever. Switching counties with insurance is a hassle and I have two torn rotator cuffs and I'm miserable, cause I could never get a straight answer as to when I could see a doctor it was always. Well let you know. The referral lady knew exactly why (I talked with 8 different employees from medical and from gold coast. They all knew absolutely nothing and sent me back to the other side. The referral lady helped by listening to me, helping me to understand what was going on, why, and most importantly when I could see a doctor. Once things got into her territory she had me at a doctor I. A few days. I will call and find her name and update this review.

I am a new patient that has recently relocated from Hawaii. I have been so stressed about finding a new physician to fit all my medical needs, and I have a lot of them. I have had nothing but the best treatment from Dr. Marks and his office staff. Dr. Marks sent out all the referrals I needed in one visit, and he didn’t just rush me through, he handled each medical concern with the upmost care and the time it should be allotted. Angelo, Mable, D, and the rest of the staff were so polite, respectful, and most importantly on top of following through with each request. I am beyond satisfied with my new doctor/doctor’s office staff. They have made my transition much easier and stress free. I expected run-around, but I was surprised to get the opposite. Great Job Las Posas Family Medical Group!!! Keep up the great service!!!
