Professional and respectful. They listened to my needs carefully. Vacuumed first, cleaned old worn carpet much better than ever expected. Finished with a gentle raking to beautify the finish. I was totally surprised at the low price for such a great job.

12/18/2024 I am amazed Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning removed food stains and beverage stains (mostly red wine and coffee) I thought would be difficult to remove from my carpet. The carpet itself is great quality that was installed before I bought my home 14 years ago and only had it professionally cleaned once just before I moved in and have been using my own carpet machine all this time and of course I couldn't keep up with the stains. Their deep cleaning, Eco-Friendly low-moisture citrus based cleaning solution did the trick and my home smells so clean! Look no further. This is the carpet cleaner you're looking for: responsive, efficient, on time, excellent results, courteous, accommodating, priced right and totally professional. I've tried a few others in the Camarillo area over several years and all were OK. However, if you book Heaven's Best, you won't have to look through carpet cleaner reviews next time! We have an old, worn carpet which, over the years, has always taken hours (overnight) to dry. After our last cleaning with Steve (on an admittedly nice day) the carpet was dry to the touch within a couple of hours; and thoroughly dry a couple hours after that. The stains were gone. This was our second time using Heaven's Best and we're as well pleased as the first time .... we'll be back!!
