I lost a screw to my Oakley sunglasses. I brought the sunglasses in and the optical technician was able to replace the lost screw, tighten all the other screws, clean the lenses all while I waited. To top it all off, all at no charge. Made my day.
We have been valued Eyeglass Factory, Camarillo customers since 2020! During the height of COVID-19. Angie R. has been our elementary aged daughters eye wear consultant. She was also our first point of contact when first walking in as new customers! Angie has been nothing but amazing and wonderful! Angie is a joy to work with! Camarillo's Eye Glass Factory offers outstanding customer service and a large assortment of eyewear. The staff is informed, patient, and responsive to the demands of the consumers. The store is clean and well-organized, making browsing through their enormous assortment of frames a breeze. The only disadvantage is that the pricing for some of the designer brands they carry can be very high. They do, however, occasionally provide fantastic bargains and promotions. Eye Glass Factory in Camarillo is a fantastic place to acquire high-quality eyewear and excellent service.
