My laptop PC started to come apart. I tried to open the lid and half of it separated from the body. It was a mess. I tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out. So I called Scott while had previously done some work for me and asked if he could help. He said he would. I took it to him and hoped for the best. What I got back was as good as new. He fixed it perfectly and I was so relieved. He fixed it fast and didn't charge me an unreasonable fee. I'm very happy to have my laptop back in perfect condition and grateful that Scott was so skillful and thorough. Thank you my friend!
Scott to the rescue! After trying unsuccessfully to recover data from a dead external hard drive, I decided to give Drive-Rescue a try. In ONE business day, Scott was able to recover over 99% of my files. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this small business.
My external hard drive broke, and it had every photo I've ever taken on there. I was devastated, and very nervous about trying to get it fixed. I looked into places where you have to mail the hard drive to them, but I'm so glad I decided to go locally with Drive-Rescue instead. I was able to drop it off directly with Scott and know it got there okay (no damage in transit). It took 2 weeks, but I was more than fine with waiting. I did call a week in just to make sure I hadn't missed any contact from them, and they said that my drive with encrypted so it was a bit more difficult. I was super nervous but a week later, they called to say they were able to recover everything! It's a lot of money (minimum for fixing an external hard drive is $350-400+ and mine was ~$650 I believe), but COMPLETELY worth it. I'm so, so grateful to them and now need to figure out how to clone the external hard drive so I always have two copies.
