The joke is that the car never makes the noise when you bring it to the mechanic. In this case, the mechanic was passing by; I demonstrated "the noise"; he knew what to do, submitted the ticket, and fulfilled it. Thanks!

James Martin is always knowledgeable and today, my only comment is that I wish I had called in sooner. James solved my problem easily and quickly. I appreciate his quick response (called me within 10 minutes of the ticket being created) as well as his expertise on a Mac. Honestly, he helped more than the people at Mac did over the phone (still waiting for their call back). Please send him my appreciation for fixing my machine! Finally back to business as usual, without the technological handicap.
