We've been working with 805 IT Guys for a couple of years now and they've been responsive and great with minor issues that have come up from time to time. We've been fortunate to not have any major issues, until yesterday, when our internet equipment (provided by Frontier) failed abruptly. Their team jumped on this and worked tirelessly to get our service restored and our VPN settings back in sync, long before Frontier could be bothered to help us.

With an IT company, this type of response when you've got 15 people dead in the water is critical to maintaining business operations, and we were very fortunate to have them at the ready in our time of need.
