Computer Whiz On Call

My new windows 11 computer lost audio output while I was trying to set up and record audio with audacity. Paul from Computer Whiz was able to fix the problem through the internet, from his office, in a matter of minutes. A computer 'Top Gun' in my book. Have computer problems, give Paul a call. After upgrading to Windows 11 I was unable to get it to print in color, only black and white. Paul from Computer Whiz responded and identified the problem within an hour. Windows 11 now prints in color to my HP printer. Camarillio Chuck

Great service! I needed my printer serviced to print once again and to also be moved to another location . Paul provided the cable and was able to change from remote to connected. I was also helped with computer "Word" issues such as using subscripts and also with cleaning up my Desktop. Wonderful feeling to be able to work and print once again.
