I ran aa vent test on our dryer. The Samsung dryer has a test settig, and to my horror it revealed a 90% clog. We're lucky we haven't had a fire! The dryer is only 2 and a half years old, but our 1970's Leisure Village rental has a vent about 25' long. Our use couldn't possibly have clog it. This means that who knows how many years it's been since (if ever) been cleaned. I can't believe that ours is Leas. Vill's only dryer vent that's dangerously clogged. Our repair man, Nick Austin, even said he recently unclogged one 100% clogged not in the Village.

The turn around time for an appointment was great. Their service technician Chris was amazing. Chris explained what the problem was, and I did not feel like I was taken advantage of. More importantly he was a complete professional and fixed the problem immediately, I highly recommend Chris. All the day before Hurricane Mathew!!!! Super satisfied!!!!!
