I am so glad I found Ms. Maria, she is amazing! I was looking for someone that specializes in kids haircuts as I know it can be difficult for my toddler to sit still and figured a traditional salon environment would make him more nervous. Ms. Maria was so patient and kind with my son and did such a great job and cutting his hair even though he still moved quite a bit. I would highly recommend her and her very cute salon environment tailored to kids.
Maria is so great with my 4 years old son. She makes him feel so comfortable. She takes fantastic care of his hair and recommends great strategies to maintain his naturally curly locks. Highly recommend her!
Not from this area and moved to Ventura County 2 years ago. Met my husband and had our little. Was bummed because there are things you don't consider when not growing up in the area, like- Where do I take my little for their first cut? I came across Maria's "Classic Kids Hairstyling Salon" on Yelp and was super grateful I did. Such a wonderful experience. You can really tell she loves what she does. She sees one child at a time by appointment only, which to me was an added bonus. You never know how your little is going to react to their first haircut.
