3rd time visiting for urgent care. Staff is very professional, nurse practitioner and doctor are knowledgeable, take the time to listen and have great bed side manners . Highly recommended. I’m even considering switching primary care doctors .

Dr. Morin is one of the smartest doctors I know. Received great treatment and recommendations for myself and family. Great service from other providers and staff. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Sara was super friendly on the phone and then Tatiana was great at the front desk. My visit was quick and reassuring, the provider NP Jose was knowledgeable and helpful. I felt welcomed as a patient and treated with respect.

This place is a medical money mill. Horrible rude staff that only care about processing your 400$ visit to see a nurse practitioner not a doctor. Patient care is rock bottom on the priority list. Stay far far away from this office. Might as well just Google it and go to CVS.

I called in advance to see what the wait time was and their response was 10 min. I showed up only for them to tell me they are closed at 3:30pm . Non of that was mention during my call at all !

CIUC is pretty much a one stop shop for your healthcare needs. The best thing about them is that they are always taking walk-ins and the wait time is much less than it would be at the emergency room.

Office staff seemed nice and my son was prescribed medication. HOWEVER, they claimed they faxed over the prescription. But 4 days later and 2 phone calls still no prescription. 5th day, my son called and requested a paper prescription and the office said they do not give out prescription on paper. I'm glad this was not a serious matter, but I will never go back to this urgent care. Waste of time and my son's pain!
7 days later, still no prescription!!!

I have lived in Camarillo my whole life but I have never been to this office. I have been under the weather for over 2 weeks and needed to get to the bottom of it. So I thought an Ugent Care would be best. I had to bring my toddler with me, which worked out great. Staff was very polite and friendly and even gave my son stickers. The nurses, nurse practitioner, and Dr. Morin were really nice. I was a walk in patient and was in and out within 1 hour. Meds were called in right away! I ended up having a sinus infection. I highly recommend.
