I usually would not review a plumbing company, but I must let the public know how I feel about the few years I have dealt with Shaw Plumbing. To say I depended on their expertise and the response from several calls to them just lately is an understatement. Each one of the people that work for this company go the extra mile to be polite and responsive, especially the gals that answer the phone calls. When they say they will arrive at a certain time, they do not disappoint. The guys that work for them are all very fine plumbers in their own right and James the owner goes beyond his abilities to find parts and fix my problems in record time... When our water heater/boiler pressure valve went bad, we learned our previous plumber had retired. At the referral of a contractor friend, we called Shaw Plumbing. They made certain they knew what parts they needed and had the parts on hand, before scheduling a visit. When the team arrived -- perfectly on time -- they were wonderful. Pleasant, engaging, careful and super efficient. They finished so quickly, I thought there must have been a complication -- no complication, just wonderfully quick. Now we have a new plumber ! Exceptional job replacing my water heater. Neither I, nor my tenant had hot water. Shaw's representative, Jose, came the same day that I called, inspected the 20 year-old water heater, replaced it immediately with a new one from their inventory. Efficient, didn't waste time. Courteous and helpful. As good a service as one can imagine.
