Unhelpful apathetic customer service with little help for any issues from patients. Issues with scheduling and general lack of care makes this location nothing but an expensive building with little to no thought on the semantics of it. We were told day of appointment that the appointment was simply not scheduled and there was nothing they could do but give us another date 4 weeks from now.

Thank you Dr Neeley and Gabbi! They went above and beyond to get me into the VA when Dr. Neeley noticed a problem with my eye. I am now getting treatment for that eye. Thank you! Thank you!

I waited for a pair of glasses from prison for over a month, and within the first 24 hours I had the glasses a lens popped off. They fixed the glasses later with some "liner," and then the glasses got bent after I accidentally put some weight on them. I tried to bend it, but the nail fell out. I went back to get my glasses straightened, and a couple days later my second lens popped off. They "fixed it", but the lens popped off again. I have never ever in my life been given prison glasses, and investing in prison slave labor is unethical. I am for the abolition of prisons, and this proves my point. This has been the worst clinic for glasses I have been to in my life, and many months later I still have a trashy piece of crap. I want a refund, and I want working glasses. This place sucks, so don't go here. They're polite, and that's the only reason I gave them one star. I don't care what these professionals do, because if they can't give a working pair of glasses, then they can't do their jobs.
