Absolutely love coming here! I go to Dan for stretching to help ease my chronic pain and Shari is an amazingly gifted healer. I recommend a reiki massage or asking about getting your Bars run! I've been to a yoga nidra class and came out so relaxed & recommended that too! You can feel the calm welcoming vibe as soon as you step in and carry it out with the rest of your day. Thank you guys for all you do!!
Absolutely amazing place! As soon as you walk in you can feel the positive energy & it feels like taking a soul deep breath. I get stretched by Dan once a week and it helps my chronic pain. I also see Shari for reiki massages and it's next level healing ✨???♀️
I was traveling in this area and wanted to find a drop in yoga class. Oh my goodness, I found an amazing place. I so wish I had a place like this in Phoenix. I took the Yin morning class. It was very relaxing and the instructor was one of the best I have ever encountered.
