Our AC went out and needed to get it repaired as soon as possible before the heat wave returned. Brian was able to diagnose the issue, and within an hour, it was done. Very friendly, on time and good pricing. He has been added to my "Hire list!"

I called and left a message regarding replacement of my 34 year old AC unit that was verified to be working incorrectly by another company. I was referred to him by a neighbor who had a great experience using this company. My call was returned by Brian in less than an hour and plans were made to get the new Carrier unit installed the VERY NEXT DAY, with installation taking place on a Sunday morning! Brian showed up just ahead of our appointment time to do the preliminary steps. Installation with the crane took place EXACTLY on time, was well coordinated, and everyone involved provided the highest level of friendly and efficient service.
