I had initially taken my Honda to a local dealership. It was in need of some fairly pricy repairs. I was feeling price gouged and taken advantage of so I paid their exorbitante diagnostic fee and left. I wound up at B & M. They were friendly, listened to my needs and then met them. It was still costly, not much they could do about the price of parts except not gouge me for them. I left feeling like they really tried to save me money where they could and the repairs they did (chassis and wheel based work) were done well. I would and already have recommended them.

I called B & M Auto after my cooling system started leaking. They said they could get me in right away. I drove down and they pressure tested-my radiator was done. They quoted me reasonably, plus were able to get the radiator right away, which was important because I needed my van to haul my kiddos around. Since I was there, I asked to get my motor mounts checked as the dealer had said they were bad previously. They were bad and they were able to replace those as well.
Here’s the thing-Mike was able to do the radiator job cheaper than he quoted. Plus the motor mounts were very reasonable-all in a day.
This shop is owned by and has the most honest and straight forward mechanics working here. Not only do they not upset you but they actually will show you what is broken and then go over the different options to fix it. They have helped me on several occasions and I just cant say enough good things!
