I have attended two retreats at Vedanta, the first being The Art of Breathwork over the New Year to begin 2023, the second being The Art of Breathwork: Level 2 for Deeper Wellness & Transformation at the Winter Solstice of 2023.Vedanta is one of the most harmonious locations I have ever had the pleasure of investing time. Beautiful, serene setting. delicious food. Kristin is an amazing facilitator. The guided meditation practices and gentle yoga postures helped to reset my mind, body and soul. Sitting in silence for 48 hours brought awareness of how important it is to be still, observe our minds and not get caught up in all the distractions that bombarde us daily. Highly recommend Vedanta!
A soul-healing, nurturing, peaceful, at times challenging journey. The energy at Verdanta is conducive to quieting the mind. The lodging was wonderful, clean, and very welcoming. Exquisite food! Kristen's calm & caring demeanor, voice & presence guided us gently through the weekend. I've returned home but a piece of Verdanta still resonates. I recommend very highly!
