The beautiful southern Sierra Nevada envelop you in a prismatic and magical environment, and the lodging provided whether staying in the main house or container homes is cozy, simplistic, and ideal for the practice of yoga.Deepak and Kristin are masterful and incredible teachers, with ample amounts of knowledge and wisdom to share for any level of personal or spiritual development. You are guided and nurtured in a way that is incredibly beautiful and transformative. It is also healing, including beautiful Ayurvedic meals and long walks on the ranch. At Vedanta, you feel you always have the resources available to be comfortable and safe as you do your retreat. There is always someone to talk to if needed.The practice of yoga and Breathwork I learned at Vedanta has made a permanent and transcendental impact on my life. When I arrived at VSHR, I felt like I’d finally arrived at home.
