Tried to call so many times but it's impossible to schedule an appointment through the phone! (Do them IN-PERSON) No one answers and they have some of the rudest nurses at the front desk.This is an updated review:I had the best experience recently with Dr. Joanna and a nurse practitioner. The staff in the front has been changed and they do their best to get you outta there quick. It's just always busy though but that is not the staff's fault. I like that they have everything sent to your email and you are able to access your records without going in person to request them.

The nurse shoved the testing probe hard into my nose not one but twice, I had to remove myself from it or she would have continued to push it in. Once the test was done they told me "we will send you your test results via text message by 7pm" which they never did. I called next day and the results were ready but was never given an explanation as to why they failed to send them the date and time they promised.
