“I'm Dr. Juan Carlos Velazquez, the one this person is accusing on her review of causing the death of her love one because she has to find somebody to blame for her own guilt, which is revolting in her head.. Yes, I have the proof that she failed to follow my recommendations which could have lead to a different outcome if she did as I instructed her to do so through my assistant.. By the way I'm letting you know that you are committing Defamation against my person with merely lies as your not telling the truth and the facts. I recommend you remove your review which is far from reality. You are not taking responsibilities for your own actions as you failed to give your love one the chance to obtain proper care as he needed so.. So you need to stop your lies..What did you do when you were given my recommendations, you didn't do anything. For 5 days you let the natural course of this illness and any other potential condition that could have been diagnosed and properly treated if you did what I recommended, but for 5 days you didn't do anything, so maybe you didn't really want to do anything about it.. Don't blame me...I'm a very well respected physician that has been working in this community since 1994. During this very long time I have never had any malpractice or negligence. I don't need to worry about your lies ..I have a good reputation.. Who knows me knows. I have taken care of at least a 100,000 patients and I have only given great medical care for all my patients.. Please come clean with the truth...Truth always find it's way and I have the facts and the Truth...By the way you need to find God in your life. Even when you failed to follow my recommendations, I'm not blaming you for your love one death...It was his time and God's will, but if you had followed my recommendations, maybe he would still be here..God bless you and give you resignation and peace of your mind which is giving you guilt and stop blaming me for something I didn't do...“
