We found his attention to detail, communication and the level of his customer care to be outstanding. Sam stayed ahead of schedule . He went above and beyond to deliver everything on time for us. He has great sub-contractors he works with who have great workmanship. After the work was completed, we did a walk through and he addressed any of our concerns. I highly, highly recommend him. I was referred to Samuel Lopez of Terra Home Remodeling by our Real Estate agent. As someone who has decent experience hiring General Contractors (GC) in CA and even out of state, I can say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Terra Home Remodeling. After a few meeting to scope the project, Samuel laid out a schedule that worked with our restrictive timeline.
