Monique is an amazing instructor/ fitness trainer who is extremely passionate about what she does. Her motivation & energy makes working out so fun and rewarding!!
Monique is a A+++ fitness trainer and instructor. I never see her falter or give up on anything or anyone. Her energy and motivation she brings to the table every time I see her, makes me work harder and brightens up my day. Honestly I wish every fitness teacher had this passion and energy with them, time flies and hard work gets done much easier. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a chance to get fit by someone who is passionate and cares for all her clients. She is one of a kind for sure.
