Terrible follow through on requests. Errors on simple stuff like the county i live in which matters when it comes to doing the taxes correctly. Mispelling of names. Huge increases in the preparation fees each year at probably 4x the inflation rate for basically inputting details of two W2s, a 1099 and several 1098s. Couldn’t be much simpler to do. Decided to fire them and move on.

Myles has been doing my taxes for over 10 years. Although my tax situation is not very complex (complex enough to itemize), he is always very responsive to my needs as his client. During tax time and over the course of the year, I typically have questions that arise. While these questions are of varying complexity, Myles always takes the time to answer them fully. I really appreciate how informed he is and his ability to get me the answers that I need.
