To be honest, I wasn't sure I hired the right law firm at first. (I was initially concerned about minimal communication regarding progress). My case took a long time because the bad guys kept stalling and made every step so difficult (of course!) ...but when I did call for updates, they were pretty responsive and I would get call backs. I was successful reaching the person who was handling my case. I only really wanted/expected what the bad guys screwed me out of. BUT guess what?
