Dr Roof. An exceptional service provider. I called and met with Nikki who worked on my estimate and oversaw the project. She was calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. I mentioned this because I have a flat roof and I've met with several roofers that have come out and wanted to spend hours talking about everything plus solar plus windows plus everything else..Not Nikki she was completely receptive and understanding of my needs and also saw and heard the frustration in my voice. She prepared a quote and we discussed it. Doing construction and working with "contractors" can be a scary experience. I was very apprehensive about the process initially. However, from the time I met Nikki, she bent over backwards to make sure I was not only comfortable, not only happy, but completely satisfied. She was very responsive, knowledgeable; underpromised and over delivered. I could not be happier. She is simply the best. It is rare that I feel compelled to leave Yelp reviews, but this one was very well deserved. Thank you to Nikki and the team!
