Dr Roof. An exceptional service provider. I called and met with Nikki who worked on my estimate and oversaw the project. She was calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. I mentioned this because I have a flat roof and I've met with several roofers that have come out and wanted to spend hours talking about everything plus solar plus windows plus everything else..Not Nikki she was completely receptive and understanding of my needs and also saw and heard the frustration in my voice. She prepared a quote and we discussed it. There was no I need a signature now before I leave or the prices no good or whatever there was no can I bring another sales rep out to talk to you about solar or anything else? Nothing at all it was all about my needs of the roof getting the job done and reassuring me, this would be the last call. Plus came with a fantastic warranty. I truly appreciate Nikki for that meeting and the job well done. Her team came out and took care of everything. A few more things they found the project stood on budget and I now have a brand new roof And I'm 100% satisfied Nikki. You are the best..Dr Roof you are the ATeam... Thank you
Doing construction and working with "contractors" can be a scary experience. I was very apprehensive about the process initially. However, from the time I met Nikki, she bent over backwards to make sure I was not only comfortable, not only happy, but completely satisfied. She was very responsive, knowledgeable; underpromised and over delivered. I could not be happier. She is simply the best.
