The woman who is in the front every day is the sweetest lady ever. She is so kind, helpful and has always made everything better for me. I have taken her a fitted jacket for cleaning recently, a formal gown that had stains on it and was ripped at the bottom, as well as riding boots my horse ripped. She fixed everything perfectly and at a great cost. I let her take her time and dont rush the process. Turn around time seemed pretty normal to me. If you have something special, take it here. She will be honest and tell you if she can help or not. Definitely worth it! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I swear Shanna is amazing. I came in with a dress I really wanted to wear for a wedding that fit me so awkwardly and she did her magic. After she was done, the dress fit perfectly and I will be back to get everything altered here.
