I’ve watched as Hat Creek has paved US-70 between Hallelujah Junction and Portola. They have been incredible to watch! I’ve never hit a delay over 15 minutes and despite it being completed in sections it is the smoothest most beautiful work I’ve ever seen! I wish they would have done the 395 work in the North Valleys. Hat Creek crews are always kind and polite and I’ve never seen work of this magnitude completed so quickly and to a standard that made it look like a completely new road!
