I tried this cleaner because it's near my house, and it's been around for a long time, will definitely not be going back! Not only is there a price almost twice what I normally pay down the street, but they return to me a blouse that was 100% cotton and it was still just as wrinkled as when I dropped it off. I have no idea if it's clean but it's definitely not pressed.

I dreaded bringing my inexpensive area rug that was heavily stained with red wine to be cleaned, knowing that the stains were all my carelessness and that I had probably made the damage worse by my attempts to remove the stains. However, my experience at Broadway Cleaners was positive, cheerful, and helpful. The lovely lady at the counter joined me in laughing at the extent of the damage I had done, and suggested ways I could solve the problem and save the rug. Her graciousness and good humor made my day!

Wow this happened to be a real poor class of ownership I have ever been through. I was missing two shirts from my routine cleaning, went back to ask and the owner was there so I thought I was going to get this resolved as soon as possible. Well, she basically said, and I quote "Maybe there in my trunk of my car" I have an Audi in immaculate shape with my trunk in immaculate condition to assume I may have a messy trunk was an insult and basically stereotyping me. She would not take any ownership nor go to the back and see if the shirts may be back there, all I got is maybe it's all my fault.
