We had purchased a skylight shade from another company and tried to install it ourselves. Shade Service came to our rescue. They sent a well-trained knowledgeable courteous responsive technician who even took the trouble to carry our ladder down one flight. I would use them again if I ever need such service. Reasonable price too!
Jay and Oscar were hired to install new Hunter Douglas Skylight Shades (warranty replacement) in our master bathroom. It was a very difficult install in the ceiling with close tolerances and they had to use big ladders to get high enough. Despite many issues that cropped up, they took their time and carefully worked out each one. They suggested alternative ways to fit that looked much better. The end result was amazing! They were clean and careful with the work area and hauled away the boxes and trash even though they were not responsible for doing so. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Shade Service repaired our Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades and saved us from having to replace them. The staff explained everything clearly and completed the work quickly. Honest pricing, professional service, and excellent craftsmanship.
