Fantastic job on sheer and delicate blinds. Like new and 1/10 the cost of replacement. Highly recommend. Quietly collected then reinstalled all 18 blinds in a couple of hours. Cleaned at their facility. All told about a 2 week turn around.

From Amina who answered my call and set up an appointment to Pat the very knowledgeable technician, who was able to diagnose the issue immediately and came equipped with the correct tools to repair on-the-spot!!! After struggling with another vendor to repair a a repeatedly broken clutch on a custom roman shade that they had made, they provided a very high quote to electrify it, replacing the pull chain and clutch with a motor. Seeking a comparison quote, I connected with Shade Service. They offered to inspect the shade for a small fee. They also recommended electrification as the solution to the hardware problem. Their quote was half that of the other vendor. The shade went back to their shop to be reconfigured and was installed today, a couple of weeks later. Working with installer Pat and sales rep Amina has been so easy and seamless. I could not be happier.
