Extremely poor customer service. When I called to resolve an accounting issue, the person who answered was surprisingly rude and dismissive. She interrupted me mid-sentence, asked for clarification and then accused me of talking over her when I tried to clarify my responses when asked. The whole exchange felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional.

While the company’s electrical work itself seems fine, the lack of respect and basic courtesy on the administrative side makes it hard to recommend them. It’s frustrating to deal with a business that treats customers this way when you’re simply trying to get help.

Have had great experiences with Mike Jalilie and the rest of the Ridgeway team. Of the 4 or 5 electricians I've worked with, Mike and Ridgeway are head and shoulders above the rest. Responsive, friendly, and top-notch work. Went above and beyond and also showed impressive integrity multiple times. Fair pricing for superb work and professionalism. A genuine pleasure to work with and have total confidence in their skills, team, and honesty.
