Alan from Redwire came today, ahead of schedule, to diagnose a malfunctioning furnace. He explained what the issue was, got the replacement part from a local supplier, and had the furnace up and running within an hour. Very happy with the service.

Alan A. and his associate did a great job installing a new gas furnace. It was in a sub-basement so not an easy task. It has been working great, and will definitely contact Redwire again in the future.

Furnace wasn't working. Adam @ Redwire was first to respond to the project offering. Alan called and was able to show up early, diagnosed thoroughly, found a replacement part locally and installed it ahead of the originally scheduled time.
