I overall had an awesome experience at Kia Burlingame and specifically with Rishi Shrimali in Sales! He was extremely patient, and kind with me and helped me get my dream car. He even gave me his personal number for any follow up concerns. He was easy to work with it and made the process seamless. I’d recommend him specifically to anyone looking for their next car!!!

It was my first time at a dealership to get my own car, so I was really nervous. But the Putnam Kia Team was awesome! Everyone had a smile on their face, was super friendly, and the dealership itself was clean. While I was waiting to get my car detailed and some gas in the tank, I was able to watch how the other people in sales engaged with the other clients. It was really nice to see everyone being professional and ready to help!

I had a very positive experience a few months ago at Putnam Kia. Rishi was so patient to work with, showing me a few cars as I wasn’t quite sure what I really wanted. He was patient as I decided over 2 visits (actual buying on 3rd), and was informative with all the number crunching. This was MY personal first brand new car shopping experience! I was happy with our negotiations- including my car trade in value - and I have been SO happy with my new Kia Niro hybrid!! Thanks Rishi!
