“TDE is an AWESOME company because they are all-inclusive. I initially booked them for the bilingual emcee, but grew to appreciate how this company did everything else as well!

-Wedding planning (Jessica): 5/5 There must have been more than 200 email interactions between me and Jessica as we planned this wedding for a year. She is quick to respond and has a lot of insight since she’s done so many. She is the only contact for all TDE vendors.

-Photo (Sam/Danielle) / Video (Christina/George): 4.5/5 When you book with TDE, they assign a photo and video team immediately. I didn’t book a pre-wedding photo session with them so I didn’t get to meet or talk to them until the morning of my wedding. They were very professional and hard-working. I almost gave up on sunset photos because I was running a bit late but they convinced me to do it and I am grateful for that. Some photos were angled weirdly and it had the speakers and lights in the photos/videos. Lastly, although they never said they would, they didn’t send me any sneak peek photos or video clips. I was told the final photos and videos would take about 6-8 weeks, but with so many other friends getting sneak peek photos after 1-2 days, I was hoping they would do this. I did ask for a few photos ahead of time for my thank you cards and that only took them 3 days to deliver five photos.

-HMU (Francis and two assistants): 5/5 Francis is top-notch. I paid for all of my bridesmaids and the mothers, so it was 7 additional people but she was flexible in getting us all done on time. She also had hair pieces and jewelry that she let me borrow for the day. Her assistants aren’t as good as her, but Francis was able to fix it upon request.

-Emcee (Jackson): 5/5 We booked TDE for a Chinese/English emcee and Jackson nailed it. We met him a few weeks before the wedding. My family said he was entertaining and made some funny talking points.

-DJ (Stuart): 5/5 everyone complimented our DJ. My husband and I kept shortening our first dance song even up until 2-3 days before the wedding, and Stuart was flexible with this.

-Photobooth (Ku): 4/5 I extended to 4.5 hours to allow for the entire reception. At some point, it ran out of paper so this caused the photobooth to not work for some time. But while refilling the paper, they didn’t tell anyone that they could continue to take photos. It wasn’t until I asked when it would be back up, that they said “oh you can continue taking photos and it’ll print once the new paper is in.” But when you see people working on the system, you assume it isn’t working. I wish they let the guests know this when it went down earlier so the guests can continue with it.

- they decorated my sweetheart backdrop, ceremony backdrop, tea ceremony backdrop, seating chart mirror, and welcome table. Everything looked beautiful and I got a lot of compliments.

-Florals: 4.5/5 they did my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, cake florals, and family boutonnières. The boutonnières were harder to pin on. I also wanted anemones but they could never definitively tell me yes or no about the anemones until the week of, and I ended up not being able to get them so that was a bit disappointing. They were still pretty though.

In the end, I am glad I went with TDE. There are a few things that could have improved, but these are minor and could happen with any other vendor. I highly recommend them for any person who wants easy planning.“

“I was back and forth on doing my own hair/makeup or hiring but I caved and hired Diep for my wedding. I was drawn towards her portfolio of Asian style make up since it was similar to how I do my own. Because I didn't book a trial, we were adjusting my makeup as we were going. She was very patient with me and was able to take feedback on what I knew wouldn't work will with my oily/watery eyes. My hair and makeup stayed in place all day and my bridesmaid looked beautiful.
