We employed Ortiz Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our existing furnace. They were very flexible in working with our schedule, and worked efficiently to complete the work. After installation, I noted a couple items of concern. Nothing serious, just a bit off. Alex came over, checked out the items, and they promptly addressed them. This is now our 4th successful job with them and we couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, professionalism, and the successful maintenance of our slim-line AC unit (still under warranty).
