The overall space need a deep cleaning. Customer service also need some improvement. I walked into the store with lots of on going staff conversation when the peaceful music is playing in the background. I couldn’t even hear the music and could not relax. The technician did my pedi was not gentle so it hurts my cuticle and skin afterwards. I don’t feel welcoming here. I will rather go other nail stores next time.

I've tried MonZoe a few times now since my partner lives close to the nail salon. My first time didn't go so well and my acrylic nails literally POPPED off. After returning twice to get them fixed, I finally found Tina and she really turned my experience around. I have now returned to get a fill and a new color- only to Tina :)

I've been here about 5x now and I've always left happy! I love that it's in the heart of downtown Burlingame. There's plenty of parking lots nearby and it's a great area to walk around. I always call to make an appointment before arriving and I come with a design idea in mind. I've been serviced by a diff nail technician every time so I would say the quality is all about the same. My go to is an acrylic full set + gel + design! Pedicures are also great here. Price point is pretty good especially for what I ask for. I'd recommend tipping in cash!
