Dr. Kita is the best dentist I have used in the bay area. His attention to detail and excellent skill as a dentist have made me a loyal patient for many years. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kita was recommended by a former coworker and I've been seeing him for around two years after transferring from a pretty negligent dentist. I really appreciate that he's not looking to recommend services that are not medically needed. One of the hygienists is super sassy and I enjoy her in particular! I've recommended this office to additional colleagues since I started seeing them.

It pains me to write this review, but I have to do it. I decided to switch dentists after seeing Dr. Kita for the past 10+ years. My first visit to the new doctor clearly highlighted how lacking Dr. Kita's office is in terms of technology. That I was ok with, but when I found out that I actually had 8 cavities, leaky fillings, as well as fillings that weren't made of the right material (and were bright white), I was just livid. Keep in mind that I had been going to him every six months or so ever since I had dental insurance, so the fact that they missed all those cavities is just inexcusable. Dr. Kita has ceased to care and his assistants don't really seem to care either. It's quite unfortunate because I really liked him as a person.
