This review may be a little on the early side, so I will have to update after sometime. I’ve only been with the program for one month, but the reason I chose Jumpstart MD is they have an in body scan to help monitor your body composition, and more importantly, your muscle mass. With GLP-1 medication, the concern has been in the area of muscle loss. The in person visits help keep you on track, and the in body scan keeps you on top of your measurements. The Online clinical offerings at other companies, cannot duplicate the value of in person visits and in body measurements. I’ve been a member here for a year now & I look forward to my visit every week. The staff is kind and caring & I’m down 35 pounds! It’s an awesome program that has really helped me change the way I view weight loss. I’ve changed the way I eat - I’m not dieting! I’m so very grateful to have found this program! It has changed my life.

The Jumpstart MD and BHRT program likely saved my life. After years of crushing fatigue and doctors who said "You're just busy" or "that's aging!" I finally found this group of amazing coaches and doctors who are smart as heck and who really listen. With their help I've gotten back to the "me" I've always known I was-- without brain fog, muscle aches, etc.
The entire team is very knowledgeable. They have years of experience. I love walking in and being welcome by name. I've gotten to know the team the past six months and they all bring a warm, kind approach to topics that often carry stigma.
