In the past one year or so Joanne has lowered our mortgage rate TWICE, once at the beginning of 2021 and the other at the beginning of 2022. All at NO COST with no point and no fee. Each time we did check the outside market and yes Joanne’s terms were always much better than other competitors. Her devotion and diligence made her processing speeds amazingly fast . Joanne had helped me refinance with the lowest rate available on the market plus zero closing cost. She was very responsive to emails and provided all of the information/forms that I needed to fill out. She made the process seamless and easy; any questions I had were answered promptly with clear explanations. I would definitely reach out to Joanne again in the future for mortgage loans/refi's.

I was looking for a good refinance rate and got quoted from several agents at the same time. Joanne gave me the most competitive rates for both ARM and 15-year fixed. Even my previous loaner said that rate was not beatable at all. Thank you Joanne!
