In the past one year or so Joanne has lowered our mortgage rate TWICE, once at the beginning of 2021 and the other at the beginning of 2022. All at NO COST with no point and no fee. Each time we did check the outside market and yes Joanne’s terms were always much better than other competitors. Her devotion and diligence made her processing speeds amazingly fast .
