I stopped by yesterday noonish the get my hair done. No one was at the front desk to help. After sitting there few minutes no one showed up. I had to walk to the back to ask the lady to help me. She didn’t know nothing about nothing. I said thank you and left.

The whole experience at Halo on Saturday, May 16, was magnificent from start to finish. From check-in to checkout, the staff provided excellent assistance and customer service. This was by far the best full experience we’ve had at Halo.
