Carrina is such an amazing massage therapist. She’s incredibly caring and intuitive. It feels like she just knows where your body is holding tension or pain and works it out gently but effectively. I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and so much better than when I walked in. You can really tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients. I highly recommend her!

5.0 review #46 - what can I say - Carrina is a pro - I have multiple ruptured disks in my spine, spinal stenosis and numerous other ortho challenges - I'm terrified to let anyone work on me but my Physical Therapist really felt I needed soft tissue work and high recommended Carrina - becuase the referral came from a medical professional I was willing to try - and I have not been disappointed. In 3 sessions, she helped to unlock my neck and upper shoulders to give me mobility that I have not had in 10 years. All without causing any kid of flare (I've had many).
