Attentive, extremely experienced and intelligent. My father spend few months in rehabilitation facility after being discharged from the hospital. It was a very difficult time for him and our whole family. This doctor seem to be the only one who truly cared, paid attention, was super patient with us, listened to our needs, and, most importantly, was able to recommend most appropriate medication.

Nice and informative. My husband just did his immigration body check with Dr. Low, the price is good, and result comes out quickly.

My disabled brother had been going to Dr. Low for four years and appeared sufficient as far as yearly check ups. Recently though he got sicker, and I contacted his office three times over the course of a week and half and to figure out how to proceed. He never called us back and my brother ended up being admitted to ICU and has been in critical condition for the past four weeks. I don't recommend you go to to him unless you don't mind repeatedly calling your primary care physician during times of medical crises.
