Josh was amazing to work with. Great customer service. Perfect execution. When there was an issue with the hardware they replaced it - no questions asked.If you need someone to install the door ask Josh for Carlos information. Very professional, hard worker and knowledgeable.
Five stars. Need I say more? Josh has always helped us with making our door shopping experience as streamlined as possible. He walks us through what products they carry. And goes over every detail required for ordering. The doors we choose came swiftly but received one door out of six that was incorrect. Not bad odds. No worries, from the minute I realized it was wrong Josh rectified the issue and reordered the correct door and scheduled the delivery on the new replacement door as soon as it was available. We recently bought all the hardware for these doors on a separate order a month later and can't wait to install them. If you need some doors and windows this is the place to go. I would pay extra just for the great communication and experience.
I had worked with Ciaran on two separate occasions back in 2016, for all the doors of our house in the bay, as well as later for all of my bedroom windows. Both times everything went smoothly. Yesterday, I went back to get some info on specialty windows for a deck and renovation project we are starting in the Sierra foothills. A man named Josh was the only one there, and I felt that I was treated rather condescendingly by him. I'm just speculating that perhaps if I were white, or male, or dressed a certain way, or was of a certain age, I'd receive the respect and service that I deserved. I think some of you will know exactly what I'm talking about because you've experienced the same from sales people elsewhere. I wasn't going to let this bother me, but after reflecting on it this morning, I'll be taking my current and future projects to support minority owned businesses from now on.
