We were introduced to their studio through a school auction donation, which in hindsight, should be avoided since generous parents unknowingly sign up for much more than they bargain for (multiple appointments, pricey packages, etc).

They have a nice studio and location, but the main photographer was very rude, passive-aggressive, and overly bossy to both us and her staff. It made the whole experience super uncomfortable. The other staff members were really nice, but that unfortunately couldn't make up for the terrible vibe the lead photographer created.

We won a session with Classic Kids Photography at a charity auction, but it felt like a rip-off. We ended up just writing it off as a sunk cost. Yes, you get a free photo sitting and one free print. But to get that, you need to come to their office 3 times (for a pre-session, the photo session itself, and then a follow-up session). And if you want any of the other pictures they take of you, it will cost you $350 per digital image! Instead of this, we found a very nice photographer who would charge us by the hour, and we get to keep all the digital images. So instead of paying hundreds of dollars for 1 digital image, we'll pay the same price for ~50 digital images.

Beautiful end products, we ended up buying more than we had originally planned. Very nice customer service and attention to detail. I find some of their pricing to be high, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Parking around there can also be a nightmare -- for the prices they charge, they ought to have a dedicated parking spot.
