Today my tickets was canceled due to weather condition，she negotiated with the airline for one hour to get my ticket rebooked perfectly. Really appreciate
Booked a few trips with Bill, he's very experienced and helpful. I have had great prices and services from him. I'm a many times returning customer. Bill even helped me and emailed Asiamiles when I had an issue with the mileage, that's service above and beyond! I'd better call him again and book another trip now...
