I went in today and Amanda and Jenny (I hope I remembered the names correctly) were SO sweet! We ended up chatting for a few minutes and they were just really cool, so glad I walked in this store :) . They carry some of my favorites stuff, I hadn't seen this in stores for a while (covid duh) but they had the Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask and I would have been all over it and probably would have bought the whole dang store out if I wasn't moving next week. If I'm ever back in the Bay, I am coming back here FOR SURE

I had my first visit at this particular branch & I couldn't be more pleased!! Your staff, Mary Ann, went out of her way to get me my product from Skinceuticals which happened to be unavailable from the store, but she made sure I could still get my hands on it the next day since I'm leaving back home to PH that night. She's the sweetest! x

Review for my first visit at any Blue Mercury location in June 2019. This location also offers spa services that I haven't tried. In the past I've been too intimidated to go inside, but I got over it because I saw a sign for the summer sale promotion. The retail space reminds me of Sephora with some overlap of brands carried. The store carries many high end brands including La Mer but you can also find items under $10 e.g. from Patchology. This location also carries products for men, notably the Jack Black line which is not available in the Sephora Burlingame store.
